Product Description
This 400G DR4 OSFP optical module is a single-port OSFP optical module for InfiniBand with a speed of 400Gb/s. It features a DR4 single-mode parallel design and uses a single 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector. The optical module employs 100G-PAM4 modulation technology, capable of achieving a transmission distance of 500m over OS2 single-mode fiber. It is used with ConnectX-7 HCA.

  • Flat OSFP optical modules are suitable for ConnectX-7 network cards

  • Convert 4 sets of 100G-PAM4 electrical signals into 4 sets of 100G-PAM4 optical signals for parallel transmission

Product Description
This 400G DR4 OSFP optical module is a single-port OSFP optical module for InfiniBand with a speed of 400Gb/s. It features a DR4 single-mode parallel design and uses a single 4-channel MPO-12/APC optical connector. The optical module employs 100G-PAM4 modulation technology, capable of achieving a transmission distance of 500m over OS2 single-mode fiber. It is used with ConnectX-7 HCA.
