HZ-Q28-100G-SR4 is a 100Gbps short-reach parallel optical transceiver designed for data centers and high-performance computing. Adopting QSFP28 packaging, it complies with IEEE 802.3bm and QSFP28 MSA standards. The module is equipped with 4-channel 850nm VCSEL lasers, with a 25Gbps rate per channel and a total bandwidth of 103.1Gbps. It connects to multimode optical fibers via an MPO-12 interface, supporting a transmission distance of 100 meters over OM4 fiber and 70 meters over OM3 fiber. It is specially designed for high-density interconnections between switches and switches, as well as switches and servers.
The module supports hot-plugging and digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM/DOM), enabling real-time monitoring of optical power, voltage, temperature, bias current and other parameters.
