The Broadcom 9500-8e (05-50075-01) is a tri-mode storage adapter featuring PCIe 4.0 x8 interface with 8 external ports. Utilizing the SAS3808 x8 4th generation I/O controller, it represents one of the industry's first HBA product series to simultaneously support PCIe 4.0 host and storage interfaces.
