Brocade 57-1000117-01 8Gbps Fibre Channel SFP+ Module With DDM/DOM For SAN Storage Networks

57-1000117-01 is an 8Gbps Fibre Channel SFP+ optical module launched by Brocade, specifically designed for enterprise-class SAN storage networks and high-speed interconnection scenarios in data centers. It features excellent compatibility and stability, and is widely compatible with Brocade series FC switches, HBA cards and storage array devices. Adopting the standard SFP+ form factor, the module supports hot-swappable functionality, enabling convenient deployment and replacement/expansion without interrupting business operations, thus significantly reducing O&M costs.
This optical module adopts an 850nm short-wave multimode optical design, supporting 2G/4G/8Gbps three-rate adaptive transmission with a maximum rate of 8Gbps. It can achieve stable transmission up to 300 meters over OM3 multimode fiber, meeting the requirements of short-distance high-speed interconnection between cabinets and within data centers. Equipped with built-in DDM/DOM digital diagnostic functions, it can real-time monitor key operating parameters such as optical power, temperature, voltage and bias current, allowing O&M personnel to grasp the link status in a timely manner and early warn potential faults.
With an operating temperature range of 0℃~70℃, the product meets the conventional environmental requirements of data center computer rooms, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, anti-interference and high reliability. It has passed strict compatibility and reliability tests and can operate stably for a long time.
